@Ana Lúcia: Yes it is. Those small balls on the edges fall to the ground, then another plant starts to grow.

@daniela scharnowski: Yes...The reproduction of this particular plant is interesting. It can be grown in partial shade or full sun. A friend of mine has one in full sun "Always!" and he doesn't water it, yet it still thrives. It's a plant that is hardy and will stand up well to weather. It's hard to kill it, so it's easy to grow.
